Training Overview:

This training program is mainly designed for new supervisors to sharpening their skills through the good understanding of differences between your previous job responsibilities as employee and what you will do as a supervisor. This training will support new supervisors with the needed skills practically, which will help them to get prepared for upcoming job level they will manage.
